John Apostolopoulos, 92 of Easton, died on April 29, 2020. He was the husband of the late Bessie (Depos) Apostolopoulos for 57 years until her death on April 14, 2019.
John was born in Karpenissi, Greece on February 14, 1928 son of the late Panagiotis and Maria (Florakis) Apostolopoulos.
He was the Co-Owner of Jimmy’s Hotdog in Easton for over 60 years.
John was a member of Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church in Easton.
Survivors: Son James (Heather); grandchildren Christopher James and Emma, brother Konstantinos and George of Greece, sisters Agapoula Papageorgiou of Easton and Victoria Kastrinakis of Easton, many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a son Peter and sisters Vasiliki and Erasmia.
Services: Private service with burial at Sky View Memorial Park in Hometown, PA. Funeral arrangements are by the John F. Herron Funeral Home in Bethlehem.
