Helen R. Baatz, 95, of Hampton, NJ Formally of Allentown, died Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at Karen Ann Quinlan Hospice.  She was the wife of the late Ralph E. Baatz. Born in Allentown on April 6, 1927, Helen was the daughter of the late Raymond and Rachel (Bartholomew) Schaffer.  Helen was employed by The former Phoenix Clothing as a seamstress for many years.

Survivors: Granddaughters Sara Black, Laura Allen, and Samantha Dopp. Helen was predeceased by a Daughter Diane Baatz Mohr.
