Herbert R. Boger, Jr. 88 of Allentown passed away on June 8, 2023 at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest.  He was the husband of Constance N. (Sell) Boger, they would have been married 68 years on June 18^th.

Herbert was born in Allentown on October 24, 1934, son of the late Herbert R. and Theresa (Beischel) Boger, Sr.

He was a machinist for 45 years first at Lehigh Valley Electronic for 25 years, Mack Truck for 10 years, Caloric for 5 years and retired from Hubbell after 5 years.

He was a member of the former Grace Lutheran Church in Allentown.

He was a former Stock car owner.

Survivors:  Wife Constance, daughters Judy Heffelfinger wife of Thomas of Lower Macungie, Terry Grube of Allentown  and Barbara Gottshall of Allentown; brother Frederick Boger husband of Carol of Salisbury Twp; 4 grandchildren Gary, Gail, Amber and Timothy; 6 great-grandchildren Madilynn, Mason, Morgan, Brenna, Tess and Evey.   Predeceased by a grandson Jack Grube and a son in law Daniel Gottshall.

Viewing and Service:   Friday June 16, 2023, viewing 10AM to 11AM followed by the service at 11AM  all at the Sell-Herron Funeral Home 1145 Lehigh Street Allentown, PA  18103.  Burial in Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Allentown. www.Herronfuneralhomes.com
