Livi was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico on September 3, 1980 daughter of Nelson Beltan Rodriguez and  Lilliam  Fernandez.

She was a cafeteria server at Harrison Morton Elementary School in Allentown.

Survivors:  Son Yaniel Fonseca Beltran, daughter Tina D. Perez-Beltran, brothers Jose G. Toro Fernandez, Jose A. Toro Fernandez, Nelson J. Beltran Fernandez, sisters Isabel Beltran Fernandez and Lilliam Beltran Fernandez  and many nieces and nephews.

Viewing & Service: Wednesday September 11, 2024 from 6PM to 8PM and Thursday September 12, 2024  from 10AM to 11AM followed by the Funeral Service at 11AM  all at the Sell-Herron Funeral Home 1145 Lehigh Street Allentown, PA  18103.  Burial in Cedar Hill Memorial Park Cemetery in Allentown. www.Herronfuneralhomes.com
