Efstathia  Mihalopoulos, 80 of Northampton passed away on December 26, 2024 surrounded by her family at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg.  She was the wife of George D. Mihalopoulos for 54 years until his passing on August 23, 2018.

Efstathia was born in Tzaxa, Greece on February 12, 1944, daughter of the late Vasilios and Alexo (Lambropoulos) Hronis.

Efstathia and her husband George owned several restaurants in the Lehigh Valley including Miller’s Diner in Northampton, Dockside Inn in Catasauqua and the Turn In Restaurant in Bath.

She was  a faithful and active member of Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church in Easton.

Efstathia will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, Yiayia, sister, aunt and dear friend to many.

Survivors: Son Dionysios Mihalopoulos husband of Martha of Nazareth, daughter Anna Maria Politsopoulos wife of Christos of Middletown, six grandchildren John (Amanda) Politsopoulos, Efstathia Politsopoulos, George (Danielle) Politsopoulos, Efstathia (Chris) Parashos, George Mihalopoulos and Maria Mihalopoulos; two great grandchildren Christos and Hariton; brother Dimitrios Hronis of  Northampton,  sister Eleni Kotretsos of Greece, many nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by a brother Peter Hronis.

Viewing and Funeral:  Thursday January 2, 2025, viewing 9:30AM 10 10:45AM followed by the funeral at 11AM at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church 20^th and Hay Terrace Easton, PA  18042.
