Nicholas J. Giambilis, 72, of Newville, PA passed away on July 6, 2019. He was the husband of Amy (Coletti) Giambilis, they would have been married 48 years on October 24th.
Nicholas was born in Kambia, Chios, Greece, he was the son of the late Demetrios and Kaliope (Karsos) Giambilis.
He was a member of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Camp Hill, PA.
Nick was a successful restaurant owner of Little John’s (Moma Spriggs) in Carlisle, Carlisle Diner, Middle sex Diner, The Hearth in Lebanon, Family Restaurant in Lebanon and The Valley in Carlise.
Survivors: Wife, Amy; daughter Kelly Peretzman; sister Irene Anagnostou and sister in law Maria Giambilis; grandchildren Angela, Amelia, Alyssa and Alayna; nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his son James N. Giambilis and his brother Gus J. Giambilis.
Services: Viewing on Wednesday, July 10th from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM with a Trisagion Service at 8 PM in the John F. Herron Funeral Home, 458 Center Street, Bethlehem. Funeral Service on Thursday, July 11th at 11 AM with a viewing from 10AM to 11AM at the St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 1607 W. Union Blvd. in Bethlehem.
