Pantelis “Peter” Roufakis, 74 of Bethlehem, PA, died on June 29, 2017 surrounded by his family at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg. Peter was the husband of Amalia (Vergete) Roufakis, they would have been married 49 years on June 30^th.Peter was born on January 13, 1943 in Dafnonas, Chios, Greece, son of the late Konstantinos and Eftehia (Stoupakis) Roufakis.He was the co-owner of Ariston Kitchens and P&P Homes in Bethlehem for many years.Peter was a member of St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Bethlehem. He was an active member of Dafnonas Chios Society, the Order of AHEPA, Homer Chapter #65 of Bethlehem and the Goodfellows of Bethlehem.

Survivors: His wife Amalia, their daughter Eftehia, granddaughters Marianna and Georgia all of Bethlehem; brother Vangelis of Chios, Greece, godson Michael Axiotis and many family and friends here and in Greece.

Service: Funeral Service on Thursday July 6, 2017 at 11 AM, with a viewing from 10AM to 11 AM in St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral 1607 West Union Blvd. in Bethlehem, PA 18018. There will be a viewing on Wednesday evening from 6PM to 9 PM, with a Trisagion Service at 8PM followed by an AHEPA Service at 8:30 PM in the John F. Herron Funeral Home 458 Center At Market Streets in Bethlehem, PA 18018.
