Theresa J. Lichak, 98 of Bethlehem passed away peacefully on December 30, 2023 at home surrounded by her family. She was the wife of the late Steven J. Lichak for 54 years until he passed in 2002. Theresa was born in Scranton, PA on December 27, 1925, daughter of the late John and Caroline (Swetz) Myernick. She was a Registered Nurse, graduating from St. Vincent’s Hospital School of Nursing in New York City in 1946. She worked at Scranton State General Hospital in the Operating Room and Emergency Room retiring after 20 years.

Survivors: Son Steven Lichak husband of Nancy Pero, daughters Barbara L. Zovko wife of Michael, Eloise Shoemaker, Stefanie Schoomer wife of Elia and Celeste Cicon wife of Paul; five grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by a son Guy John Lichak and a daughter Cheryl Lichak.
