Edward S. Magocs, 91 of Easton died on November 21, 2018.  Husband of the late Jean R. (Reynolds) Magocs who died on April 20, 2010,  they were married for 50 years.

Edward was born in Bethlehem Twp, PA on July 2, 1927, son of the late John and Elizabeth (Csablk) Magocs.

Edward served in the US Navy  from 1945-1946  and then in the US Army from 1950-1951.

He was a pipe fitter at the Bethlehem Steel Company retiring in 1987.

Edward was a member of the Bethlehem Lodge #283 F & AM.

Jean and Ed enjoyed winters in Bonaire and enjoyed traveling the world.

Survivors:  Sons Stephen Magocs of Knoxville, TN and Alan Magocs husband of Elizabeth Westbrook of Easton and one grandson Lajos Magocs.  Predeceased by brothers and sisters.

Services: Viewing on Wednesday November 28, 2018, 5PM-7PM  followed by a Masonic Service at 7PM in the John F. Herron Funeral Home 458 Center At Market Street in Bethlehem.  Burial will be private in Bethlehem Memorial Park Cemetery.
