Edward “Eddie” Ortiz, 66 of Jackson, NC formerly of Bethlehem, PA passed away on April 30, 2023 in Jackson, NC.  Eddie was the husband of Martha Ortiz.

Eddie was born in Bethlehem on August 2, 1956 son of the late Angel and Julia (Curet) Ortiz.

He worked in maintenance at the Bethlehem Housing, retiring after many years.  He was Catholic.

Survivors:  Wife Martha, son Edward Luis Ortiz, sister Myrna Vazquez wife of William, nephew William Vazquez, Jr., niece Vanessa Vazquez  and many cousins.

Memorial Service:  Friday May 5, 2023, with a calling hour from 9AM to 10AM followed by the Memorial Service at 10AM at the Herron Funeral Home 458 Center Street Bethlehem, PA  18108.  Burial to follow at Holy Saviour Cemetery in Bethlehem.
