Fotios Matrakas, 75 of Allentown died on October 31, 2017 at Scranton Regional medical Center.

Fotios was born in Kastoria, Greece on April 23, 1942 son of the late Zisis and Zafiro (Nota) Matrakas.

He was a furrier in New York City for many years.

Survivors: Sisters Aspacia Kyrillidis, Eleni Matrakas; brother Spiro Matrakas; niece Efthimia (Effie) Lynn wife of William their daughter Alexis, nephew John his wife Heather and their children Finneus and Jordan, niece Electra and husband Bobby. Predeceased by a niece Eleni Karameris.

Service: Funeral Service on Monday November 6, 2017 at 1 PM, with a viewing from 12noon to 1PM in St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral 1607 West Union Blvd. Bethlehem. Burial in Greenwood Cemetery in Allentown. Funeral arrangements are by the John F. Herron Funeral Home in Bethlehem.
