Francine J. Hepner, 75 of Salisbury Twp. passed away on March 18, 2023 at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest.  She was the wife of Frank R. Hepner, they would have been married 52 years on September 18^th.

Francine was born in Quakertown on August 19, 1947 daughter of the late Francis and Ilsa (Meyer) Steskal.

She was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church in Allentown.

Survivors:  Husband Frank, daughter Danielle B. Hepner (Orlando), son Michael Troxell (Allyn) , brother Dennis Steskal, sisters Sally Tomlinson and Jan Exarchartis (Pete); granddaughter Nicole Hepner Nelson, great-grandchildren Madison and Jade Nelson.  Predeceased by a  son Franklin  R. Hepner, Jr, daughter Christine Wernett and a sister Rosemarie Longstreet.
