Joan B. Filipak, 67 of Emmaus passed away on February 12, 2021 at home surrounded by her family.  Joan was the wife of Fred B. Filipak, they would have been married 21 years on June 10^th.

Joan was born in Allentown on November 27, 1957, daughter of the late LeRoy and Helen Morgenstern.

She worked for Lehigh Urology and Lehigh Neurology in the medical records department for many years.

Joan enjoyed horseback riding, watching the Dolphins swim in the ocean and spending time with her beloved grandbabies.

Survivors:  Husband Fred, son Jason L. Ritter fiancé of Bobbi Jo Nelson of Allentown and daughter Jennifer L. Ritter of Salisbury Twp, three grandchildren Jameson (10 months), Zayden (3months)  and Cassidy (9years).

Viewing and Service:  There will be a viewing on Wednesday February 17, 2021 from 2PM to 3PM followed by a service at 3PM at the Sell-Herron Funeral Home 1145 Lehigh Street Allentown.  www.Herronfuneralhomes.com
