Mary D. Kilker, 63 of Bethlehem died at St. Luke’s Hospital on February 5, 2017. She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Thomas C. Kilker.

Mary was born in Philadelphia on April 23, 1953 daughter of the late Dr. George L. and Patricia (Donovan) Donaghue.

She graduated from Bethlehem Catholic High School in 1971 and from DeSales University in 1975 with a B.A. in Communications. Mary received her elementary and secondary teaching certification and most recently was a substitute teacher in the Bethlehem Area School District. She was an avid reader and loved to watch movies.

Survivors: Her husband Thomas; brother Thomas Donaghue and his wife Karen Han, sisters Catherine Reifsnyder and husband Robert of Bethlehem, Denise Donaghue of Philadelphia, Roberta Basilica and husband Mark of Fredericksburg, VA, Theresa McCooe and husband Dennis of Plymouth Meeting, PA; nieces and nephews.

Service: Viewing on Thursday from 7-9PM in the John F. Herron Funeral Home, 458 Center St., Bethlehem. Mass on Friday at 11AM at St. Anne’s Church, 450 Washington Avenue in Bethlehem.
