Sofia Choime, 85 of Bethlehem passed away on September 27, 2021 at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg

surrounded by her family.  She was the wife of the late Demetrios Choime who  passed over 40 years ago.

Sofia was born in Chios Greece on January 31, 1936, daughter of the late Michael and Veronia (Saradinou) Skeriotis.

She was a faithful member of  St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Bethlehem.

Survivors:  Her daughters Maria Giambilis of Bethlehem  and Eleni Fotinos of Greece; sister Angela Sonbonis of Greece;  four grandchildren Kallie wife of Gus Lioudis, Nick Fotinos, Jimmy  Giambilis and Jimmy Fotinos; two great grandchildren Yianni and Dina Lioudis.  Predeceased by a son Georgios.

Viewing & Service:  Friday October 1, 2021, viewing 10AM to 11AM followed by the Funeral Service at 11AM  all at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral 1607 West Union Blvd. Bethlehem.   The Funeral service will be live streamed using the following www.stnicholas.org/choime.

Burial to follow in Cedar Hill Memorial Park Cemetery in Allentown.
