Richard Blacker, 48 of Fountain Hill died on February 7, 2017 at home.

Richard was born in Jersey City, NJ on April 10,1968, son of the late Robert W. and Marjorie E. (Goode) Blacker.

Survivors: Brother Robert W. Blacker, Jr. and wife Melissa; sister Diane E. Amaya and husband Ricardo. Nieces and nephew Emily Amaya, Robert Blacker, Patricia Blacker and many cousins.
