Victoria Ann DelGrosso
Victoria Ann DelGrosso, 94, passed away on November 2, 2022 in Gahanna, Ohio. She was born on August 26, 1928 in Hazelton, Pennsylvania to Harry and Anna (Kukol) Lucci. She attended Central Catholic High School Allentown, Pennsylvania and graduated as part of the 1946 class.
Victoria married the love of her life, Michael J. DelGrosso, Sr. in 1953. They shared 48 years together, until his passing in 2001. Victoria was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and aunt, but most of all, was a caring mother to all she met. Her overwhelming generosity was felt in all of her endeavors; she loved to cook for her family members and for her community as the owner and operator of Vicky’s Luncheonette. She found great enjoyment in being outdoors, tending her garden, and sharing her time with family and friends. Victoria will be remembered for her devotion to her loved ones, but also for her devotion to her faith. She was a charter member of Notre Dame Roman Catholic Church in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. She was a member of the Notre Dame Womens’ Sodality and coordinated all of the church’s charitable events. Her passion, devotion, and motherly love will be greatly missed by all who shared in it.
In addition to her parents and husband, Michael, Victoria is preceded in death by her sisters, Bernadine Epsaro, JoAnne Priesler; and her brother, Harry J. Lucci.
Left to cherish her memory are her children Michael J. (Carol) DelGrosso, Jr., David R. DelGrosso, and Christopher (Sally) DelGrosso; grandchildren Erin (Glen) Henson Nicholas A. DelGrosso and Toinette; and great-grandchildren Ada Henson and Massimo Gerena.
