Cynthia Anne Zayon of Quakertown passed away peacefully on June 24, 2019 surrounded by family and friends at St. Luke’s Hospital Bethlehem following a long battle with pancreatic cancer. She was 66 years old.
Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Laura (Delello) Zayon. She is survived by a sister, Roberta Cutillo of Perkasie, a niece, Denise Lomento and husband Vincent of Philadelphia, a nephew, Brian Cutillo of Perkasie and dear friend Ainsworth Ellis of Hollywood FL.
Cynthia was a graduate of Cardinal Dougherty high school and studied Criminal Justice at the Community College of Philadelphia.
She was active in volunteer work, serving as a Eucharistic Minister for the sick while attending Immaculate Conception Parish in Germantown. In more recent years, she was a volunteer for St. Luke’s Hospital in Quakertown.
She was an avid reader and enjoyed baking, but she will be best remembered for her quick wit and her love of animals, most notably her beloved cats.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday July 20th at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 84 E. Oakland Ave., Doylestown PA
