Frederick H. Baum
Frederick H. Baum, 70, of Nazareth passed away on November 4, 2017, at LVHN-Cedar Crest. Born in Rahway, NJ, he was son of the late Parker B. and Dorothy (Hope) Baum. He graduated from Trinity Pawling School in Pawling, NY and Lafayette College in Easton with a BS in mechanical engineering. He was employed as an engineer at American Can Co. in Milwaukee and Nabisco, Inc. in NJ.
A British sports car enthusiast, Fred was a member of the Lehigh Valley Sports Car Club, Keystone Region MG Club and long time member of the Tigers East/Alpines, and served as the writer/editor of its national newsletter for more than 10 years.
Survivors: His wife of 47 years, Merry Sue (Fritz) Baum of Nazareth, son Brian of Bethlehem, daughter Leslie (Baum) Cimei of Malta, NY, brother James of Stowe, VT, sister Nancy (Baum) Delaine of Schenectady, NY, two grandchildren Allison E. and Brendan F. Baum of Bethlehem.
Service: Memorial Service on Sunday November 12th at 3:30 PM with a calling from 3 to 3:30PM in the John F. Herron Funeral Home 458 Center At Market Street Bethlehem.
